Player Code of Conduct

At Plus 1 Tennis Academy, we are committed to upholding high standards of conduct and behavior, both on and off the court. Our Code of Conduct reflects our core values and expectations for everyone in our community. As a player in the Plus 1 Tennis Academy, you must agree to abide by and follow the rules and guidelines below.

1. Respect: We believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect, including, but not limited to, coaches, staff, and fellow players. We expect everyone to communicate respectfully and with kindness.

2. Honesty and Integrity: We expect all players to be honest and act with integrity. This includes being truthful with coaches and staff, respecting the rules of the game, and displaying good sportsmanship on and off the court.

3. Inclusion: We are a diverse community and we celebrate our many differences. We welcome players from all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other personal characteristic.

4. Zero Tolerance for Violence and Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for violence and harassment of any kind, including physical violence, verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation or bullying, whether in person or on social media. We will take swift and decisive action to address any behavior that violates this policy, up to and including expulsion from Plus 1 and cooperating with authorities as necessary or appropriate.

5. 100% Effort: We expect all to players to be coachable and always give their best effort, both on and off the court. This mean showing up on time, being prepared, and putting in the work to improve your game.
