Schedule Changes/Attendance Request/Absence Notification

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to accommodate any requests for Schedule Changes or Adjustments, Clinic Drop-Ins, Clinic Make-Ups, or Health Related Absences.

 

 In order to qualify for any credit or make up session, we must be notified of any last minute HEALTH RELATED absences . Non-notification of absence will be considered a no-show.

Requests for same day Clinic Drop In may be possible and is subject to space availability. We will always do our best to respond quickly, however, it is important to note that we can not guarantee an immediate response if we are teaching on court.
